Freezing Class
Come meet new friends, and build your skills in an informative Freezing Class!
We will learn about safe techniques for frozen food storage. We will explore equipment and tips to maintain quality frozen foods. You may choose to come Thursday, June 9, 10:00 AM - 12 Noon or from 6:00-8:00 PM.
Classes will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen at the N.C. Extension, Beaufort County Center.
