Food Preservation: Drying Foods
Come meet new friends and build your skills in an informative Dehydrating Foods Class.
We will share the safe dehydrating method for drying foods in Eastern NC. We will explore equipment and recipe sources for good food preservation. You may choose to come Thursday, June 2, 10:00 AM - 12 Noon, or Thursday, June 2, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.Classes will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Beaufort County Center.
