June 21-26, 2026 - Eastern 4-H Center
Camp is a place where children can make meaningful connections – with nature, with friends, and with themselves. Children disconnect from the virtual world for a week and get an opportunity to be children again. They get a chance to leave behind the stresses of everyday life and enjoy fun activities like
- canoeing,
- challenge course (depending on children's age),
- environmental education activities,
- archery,
- and so much more!
Beaufort County 4-H is planning to camp at Eastern 4-H Center from June 21-26, 2026. Eastern 4-H Center is located in Columbia, NC. Youth ages 8-12 are able to attend camp.
Steps to Register
- Fill out the 2026 Summer Camp Sign Up Form
- Enroll child as a member in 4-HOnline. For help, please visit the Basics of 4-HOnline Webpage.
- Pay $50 deposit to secure spot. We accept cash or check at 155-A Airport Rd. Washington, NC 27889. Make checks payable to "Beaufort County 4-H" with "[Child's Name] - Summer Camp" in memo line.
- Pay remaining balance of $400 as well as turn in the 4-H Camp Enrollment Packet to our office by May 29.
- Go to camp! :)
The Gift of Camp
If you are planning to give the gift of camp for Christmas. Please fill out the 4-H Camp Sign Up Form and pay your $50 deposit by Monday, December 19, 2025. We accept cash or check made out to Beaufort County 4-H at N.C. Cooperative Extension, Beaufort County Center. You will receive a water bottle with 4-H camp information to wrap and put under your Christmas tree for your child to open!
