4-H Achievement Plan

The purpose of the 4-H Achievement Plan is to highlight the 4-H member's experiences through activities, leadership, citizenship, and service. The achievement plan is meant to be an all inclusive record of all of the things youth do in 4-H throughout their entire career.The 4-H Achievement Plan will help youth advance throughout their 4-H Career. It will help in:
  • Setting goals and making plans to reach them.
  • Enriching their 4-H program as they grow.
  • Evaluating their own efforts and accomplishments and by taking a look with 4-H leaders as to how well they have met their goals.
  • Setting new goals that will help them grow and develop their skills and personality.

Directions


  1. Open the Beaufort County 4-H Achievement Plan Application
  2. In the top menu bar, click "File" and then click "Make a Copy"
  3. Rename the document to "[Child's Name] 4-H Achievement Plan Application"
  4. Once you have enough points for a particular level, you can share your application with the 4-H Agent.
  5. Achievement Plan levels are recognized at the annual 4-H Achievement Night.
