Beaufort County 4-H Pumpkin Decorating Contest

General Information & Rules:

Open to youth 5-18
Youth must register by October 24 to participate
Pumpkins due October 27 to N.C. Cooperative Extension, Beaufort County Center (155 Airport Road in Washington)
Winners announced October 31 on the Beaufort County 4-H Facebook Page
Community members will be able to vote for the “fan favorite” pumpkin in person or on social media October 28-30
Pumpkins must be completed by youth
Decorations only (no carving!)
Any color or size of pumpkin/gourd may be used
All Cloverbud youth will receive a participation ribbon
Junior and Senior youth winners will receive a small prize
Pumpkins will be judged using the Pumpkin Decorating Contest Rubric
