Beaufort County 4-H is offering a Special Interest (SPIN) Club for children ages 5-7 starting on February 17 at 3:30 pm at the BHM Regional Library. The Cloverbud Reading SPIN Club is designed to ignite a spark in children for reading. At each club meeting, we will read a book aloud and do activities that correlate with the book's theme.
Who: Children ages 5-7 (and their parents)
Where: BHM Regional Library located at 158 North Market Street Washington (library membership/card not required)
When: Thursdays from 3:30-4:30 pm. Starting Thursday, February 17 and ending March 31 (excluding March 17).
In order to register, you will need to have a family account in 4-HOnline and your child needs to be an enrolled member for this year. Please contact the Beaufort County 4-H Agent at 252.946.0111 or at cquinn@ncsu.edu to let her know you would like to register. Once your child is an enrolled member in 4-HOnline and you have let the 4-H Agent know you would like your child to participate, you will be able to join the club.
