Beaufort County Water Management Turn-Row Meeting

Join us at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, August 23rd in Bath for our next “Turn-Row Meeting”.

We will be focusing on the benefits of managing the water on your farm for crop growth and yield, and specific equipment used in drainage water management. We will also see an innovative drainage system design in use.

At the same location, you will see a soybean variety trial and a soybean fertilization test looking at late nitrogen applications on soybeans. We will also talk briefly about stalk rot in corn.

Directions: From Washington or Belhaven, travel on Hwy 264, turn on Yeatesville Road and travel six miles south. Turn right onto Peoples Road, travel one mile, and look for the “Field Day” sign.
